This Privacy Policy explains how Neuralworks AI, Inc. ("Neuralworks," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit neuralworks.co (the "Site") or contact us through it. Neuralworks AI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with offices in San Francisco, California.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view, along with the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, subject to the consent controls described below.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the Site.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf.
We use Google Consent Mode. Analytics cookies are denied by default for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland until you opt in, and while denied, only limited, cookieless measurement occurs. Visitors elsewhere are measured with analytics enabled by default. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- send you administrative messages and, where you have asked to hear from us, occasional updates about Neuralworks (you can opt out at any time);
- understand aggregate usage and trends; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors that help us run the Site and our business — including Google (Firebase / Google Cloud for website hosting and infrastructure, and Google Analytics for usage measurement) and our email delivery provider, which transmits contact-form submissions and related messages. These providers process information on our behalf under obligations of confidentiality.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neuralworks, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry — and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to or deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out. You may submit a request by emailing privacy@neuralworks.co or by using the contact form on the Site. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization and to verify your identity.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
